Veterinary Homeopathy Institute (VHI) provides training for veterinarians in the medical art of classical homeopathy. In addition to our unique post-graduate program, Foundations Course in Veterinary Homeopathy, VHI offers continuing education opportunities to those who are new to homeopathy as well as more advanced training for seasoned veterinary homeopaths. Our CE for both the Foundations Course and our webinars are co-sponsored by the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association, an AVMA affiliate organization.

But homeopaths often receive these cases as a 'last ditch effort' in a pet parent's attempts to save their beloved family member. In many cases the animals are sick not only with their primary disease, but from side effects of surgery, chemotherapy, or multi-modal drug therapy. Several of these challenging cases will be presented, and the techniques we have found most helpful will be reviewed. The homeopath's intention is always to heal, but even when we cannot, we can still improve our patient's quality of life through the gentle palliation provided in homeopathic treatment.
